Hey I know some may have updated to 3.1!
Note to self! There is no jailbreak! So if you want to switch back to 3.0 and iPhones this will only downgrade your FW not your base band (phone stuff).
Put your device into DFU mode. Once in DFU mode it should be connected to iTunes already. Now it will say your in recovery mode and needs to restore. Before you click on the restore button, hold shift. Now browse for your FIRMWARE 3.0 and then restore! Tada! 3.0!
