For 3.0 open cydia and enter the repo http://cydia.hackulo.us
install appSync for OS 3.0
Install installous.
Done you can get apps from installous if you have wifi on your ipod. if not then go to appulo.us on your comp download then drag to itunes. (AppSync must be installed)
For 2.2.1 instead of appsync install the miPatch Firmware 2.2.1
install appSync for OS 3.0
